Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 5, 2026
This policy explains what personal information MAREFSA collects when you visit this website or buy from us, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. MAREFSA is operated by Seyyah Mobile LLC, 651 N Broad St, Middletown, DE 19709, USA ("we", "us"). If you have a question, email support@marefsa.shop.
What we collect
When you place an order
Checkout is handled by Square. To complete your order, Square collects your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (if you provide it) and payment details. Square processes your payment on our behalf, so we never see or store your full card number. We receive the order details we need to ship and support your order, such as what you bought, the amount, your contact details and shipping address, and the last digits and type of card.
When you contact us
Your email address and anything you include in your message.
When you write a review
Your star rating, review text, name, email address and, if you choose, a photo. We only publish the rating, text, your initials and the photo, and only after we've checked the review. Your email address and full name are never published. We also keep the IP address and browser type sent with the form to prevent spam and abuse.
When you browse the site
- Cookies and the Meta Pixel. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which sets cookies and records events such as page views, adding to cart and purchases, along with technical information like your IP address, browser and device. This helps us measure our ads and show them to people who may be interested.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) to keep the site secure and working.
Why we use it
- To process, ship and support your order, including returns and refunds.
- To reply to your messages.
- To review and publish customer reviews.
- To measure and improve our advertising and our website.
- To prevent fraud, spam and abuse, and to keep the site secure.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We don't sell your personal information for money.
Who we share it with
- Square (Block, Inc.), to process payments and prevent fraud (see Square's privacy notice at squareup.com/us/en/legal/general/privacy).
- Meta Platforms, through the Meta Pixel, for ad measurement and targeting.
- Shipping carriers, who receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your order.
- Our hosting and email providers, who store and transmit data for us.
- Authorities or other parties, when required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or merger of the business.
These providers may only use your information to provide their services to us or as their own privacy policies describe.
How long we keep it
- Order and payment records: as long as needed for tax and accounting, usually up to 7 years.
- Support emails: up to 3 years after our last contact.
- Published reviews: while they're shown on the site; unpublished reviews are deleted within 12 months.
- Server logs: a limited period set by our hosting provider, typically 30 days or less.
- Meta Pixel data: according to Meta's data policy.
Cookies and how to opt out
You can limit tracking in several ways:
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
- Change how Meta uses your data for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, or at facebook.com/adpreferences.
- Opt out of interest-based ads at optout.aboutads.info (US) or youradchoices.ca (Canada).
- Use a browser that sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. We treat it as a request to opt out of sharing for targeted advertising in states that require this.
Your privacy rights (US residents)
Depending on your state (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and others), you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we have about you and get a copy of it;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your information;
- opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your information for targeted advertising;
- appeal if we deny your request.
To use any of these rights, email support@marefsa.shop with the subject "Privacy request". We'll confirm your request using the email address you used with us, respond within 45 days, and won't treat you differently for using your rights. You can also use an authorized agent. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision.
California notice (CCPA/CPRA)
In the last 12 months we have collected these categories of personal information:
- Identifiers (name, email, postal address, phone, IP address).
- Commercial information (products bought, order history).
- Internet activity (pages viewed and interactions with our site and ads).
- Photos you choose to upload with a review.
- Inferences used for advertising.
We collect them from you, your device and our service providers, for the purposes described above. We disclose identifiers, commercial information and review content to Square, carriers and hosting providers for business purposes. Using the Meta Pixel may count as "sharing" identifiers and internet activity for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out using the options in "Cookies and how to opt out" above, by enabling GPC, or by emailing support@marefsa.shop. We do not sell personal information for money, do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you, and do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, email support@marefsa.shop and we'll delete it.
International visitors
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. If you visit from outside the US, including Canada, your information will be transferred to and stored in the US, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and card payments are encrypted and handled by Square. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date. See also our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
